I. Our commitment

Gîtes Adalia strive to make gites-adalia.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. As a micro-enterprise, SCI ADALIA BRIARE is not subject to the obligations of European Directive 2019/882 (the “European Accessibility Act”), but we want everyone to be able to browse the site and book in good conditions.

II. Compliance status

The site has not been audited for compliance with the French accessibility standard (RGAA), so it is not declared compliant. It has been tested with Google’s automated Lighthouse tool, which gives it an accessibility score of 89/100 (October 2026).

III. What we have done

The site is available in French and English, adapts to phones and tablets, and can be enlarged with the browser zoom. All essential information (prices, conditions, access, FAQ) is provided as text.

IV. Known limitations

The availability and booking calendars are interactive and may be difficult to use with a screen reader or keyboard. Some photos do not yet have a text description. If you have any difficulty, we can take your booking in writing – just contact us.

V. An adapted flat

La Maison du Père is a fully single-level flat with its own outside entrance and private parking in the courtyard, designed for people with reduced mobility.

VI. Reporting a problem

If you come across an obstacle on the site or need information to plan your stay, write to us using the contact form or at contact@gites-adalia.com – we will get back to you quickly.

VII. Remedies

If you do not receive a satisfactory answer, you can contact the French Défenseur des droits (Rights Defender): online form on defenseurdesdroits.fr, or free post to “Défenseur des droits – Libre réponse 71120 – 75342 Paris CEDEX 07”.
